1. The Greenbrand.org platform enables people to record and display their good environmental deeds, connect with each other, build and educate an environmentally aware community. The platform also allows businesses, groups and organisations to display the good deeds of their members and staff to the wider publicIn order to provide you with the best user experience and protect your interests and the interests of other members on our Platform, we require all users to comply with the following Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.

4. This Privacy Policy sets out how Bushcare Solutions Pty Ltd ACN 646 230 917 trading as Greenbrand.org of Level 9 Toowong Tower, 9 Sherwood Road, Toowong in the State of Queensland ("Greenbrand.org", "Us", "We") collects, stores, uses, protects and shares your personal information.
5. It applies to our platform at greenbrand.biz (the "Site") and any Bushcare Solutions Pty Ltd Application we create which connects to, or is in connection with, the Site (the "App").

Amendments and deleting your information

(c) request that we delete your information.

12. You understand that the Platform will show only your picture, name, phone number and social media link that you logged in with, and that you may then edit or hide your profile information. You agree to not post or add personal data or information to your profile or account that you would not want to be publicly available.

(i) such entities that we propose to merge with or be acquired by and in such case, we will require that the new entity following the merger or acquisition adhere to this Privacy Policy.

No Spam, Spyware or Spoofing
25. You are prohibited from engaging in spam, spyware or spoofing type activities, regardless of whether directed towards Us or other users of Us.
26. You must not use the Site &/or App to send, upload or distribute spam, viruses or malicious, illegal or prohibited content to the Site &/or App or otherwise send content that would breach our Terms and Conditions or this Privacy Policy.
27. You are not permitted to add a user or member to our mailing list (postal or email details included) without the written consent of a user or member.
28. We may (or we may engage a third-party service provider to) take steps to scan and filter messages to check for spam, viruses, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or unlawful or content prohibited by this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
Storage and security
29. We store and process your personal information on our host's servers, currently located in multiple locations around the world. You consent to the transfer, storage and retention of that information onto the servers of our host provider used from time to time by Us, regardless of the location of those servers.
