We attended the connect to thrive workshop this afternoon and reflected on how to manage emotions and defuse thoughts from feelings.

This morning we contributed to the community by walking around St Lucia and picking up rubbish for Clean Up Australia Day, protecting wildlife and cleaning our environment.

We helped set up the dining hall for formal dinner on Friday. This will benefit the rest of the students and take some of the load off the staff.
