I went to bushcare this morning and we planted over 50 trees with Jack’s help. It found it really interesting to learn about the natural environment surrounding King’s and what we can do to protect and support it.

I attended the last sexual health talk about healthy relationships.

Today we attended the sexual health talk on female pleasure & anatomy.

Today we attended the Sexual Health Talk and learnt about STIs & contraception.

We attended the connect to thrive workshop this afternoon and reflected on how to manage emotions and defuse thoughts from feelings.

This morning we contributed to the community by walking around St Lucia and picking up rubbish for Clean Up Australia Day, protecting wildlife and cleaning our environment.

We helped set up the dining hall for formal dinner on Friday. This will benefit the rest of the students and take some of the load off the staff.
