Clem and I toke a lovely New Zealand family on a tour through kings college. We showed them all the different facilities and answered any questions they had about the college, its culture and our own experience as first years.

Andie and I spent an hour at the UQ forecourt answering questions about kings that people may have had while visiting the uni and directing them to where kings is located. It was very enjoyable talking about the college and being able to express our own experiences and love for kings with potential future kings people.

We took part in a bushcare activity as a flat, helping to remove weeds and tidy up the bushland near the boatshed. It was a rewarding experience, and it was great getting to know Jack and learning more about the effort he puts into caring for the area.

We moved furniture and set up the chairs for the Anzac Day service happening tomorrow morning. Really looking forward to it 😊

Attended the healthy relationships, final sexual health talk and learnt about the difference btw healthy and unhealthy relationships.

Participated the swimming carnival as a volunteer timer. We had a lot of fun cheering on the swimmers before and after there races while working with the uq admin to ensure all swimmers had there correct times.

We attended the connect thrive workshop and learnt how to prevent and diminish social isolation. This was a nice way to check back in with our wellbeing after a busy first 2 weeks.
