Today we spent an hour reflecting on our thoughts and feelings about our ideal social circles. We also shared communal common thoughts that prevent us from progressing in social contexts and how to manage them.

We walked around and cleaned up the streets and parks near st Lucia helping make our environment safe and healthy for the wildlife.
