My afternoon meeting cancelled so had some time on a beautiful sunny day. Spent it picking up rubbish, over 150 pieces, from small cigarette butts to large KFC packaging. It’s not time wasted on an un winnable battle. I made a positive difference environmentally, both aesthetically and physically, and also for me, mentally. It feels good to be outside making a difference, no matter how small.
