On Monday I attended the connect to thrive follow up workshop which was very informative and helpful.

On Wednesday I participated in bushcare to help clean up the environment and restore the gardens back to their full potential.

We helped clean up Australia, making our parks cleaner and I really enjoyed this experience.

On Sunday I participated in helping to clean up around st Lucia with other Kings men and women. It was a productive clean up and good for helping the environment.

We helped time at the ICC swimming carnival where we got a front row view of the races and got to congratulate the swimmers right after their races.

I went to a sexual health talk where we learned about the meaning of safe sex

I helped time trial for the swimming carnival, to enable the athletes to swim and I provided encouragement and cheered ☺️☺️

Attended the Sexual health and contraception talk presented by Jackie. After attending the talk I felt very informed about safe sex practices.

Helped clean and reorganise therapy room at Vision Australia
