Last Thursday we helped the groundskeeper weed around the basketball courts and clear the fence from 9am to 12pm. We focused on a fence that was overgrown and cleared the whole thing.

This morning I helped with landscaping at Kings

Attended another Sexual health talk surrounding awareness of safe practice.

Sung with the Kings choir for choir fest.

Played in the Kings band in Bandfest

Chopping and moving wood for the Kings fireplace.

Prepared meals at the rotary club! We make a good team!!

We went back to Community Table tonight to make meals for the homeless, we got a lot done in the two hours!

today we made more meals for the homeless to be distributed later tonight. Was good to help out :))

The theme for World Environment Day this year is reducing plastic waste. I spent 15 minutes in the winter sun picking up over 50 pieces of plastic from the footpaths around my home.

Today is Queensland Environment Day and also World Environment Day. I spent 15 minutes at the Kangaroo Point end of the bridge this morning. I cut all the vine stems and pulled what I could out by the roots. No chemicals, one person, problem sorted. I’ll pop back again time to time to prevent regrowth.
